Who was the one that originally drew the Gator Cartoon?

It is by Roberta Ruth Hill (My mother) and her website is at http://www.freewebs.com/robertahill/cartoons.htm.

So then who digitized it, made it a gif, and improved on it or remastered it?

I remastered the Mr. Alligator chracter to be the mascot of the HODP. He is now the start of the show for the world to see.

Why an alligator?

Because the idea popped into my head, and it is a reptile which makes this an offical alternative directory to DMOZ, but it is NOT using DMOZs databases, it is not copying it's website, it is totally unique and is my own open directory project I made on my own.

No I can't take the credit for the programmers that made PHPLD, and I won't take credit for the gator cartoons, I just modified it to my own personal touch to make my directory totally unique and is like DMOZ and yet, Isn't. In a way it is better then DMOZ because each and every category has it's own unique definitions of what each category represents thus making search ranks better and making it more easier for the user and webmasters.

So I have a DMCA Complaint who can I contact?

How can I because the guidelines ensure of that, and the gator cartoon was family made so they wouldn't sue me for making my mothers cartoon a star of my directory. She approves of this and will not sue me because I credited her even if I was a selfish brat which I'm not (I want to help people) she wouldn't go out of the way to take me to court to sue me.
